My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
