There was everything we could possibly need in the cottage which is so tastefully furnished including two reclining chairs in the conservatory which is where we spent most of our time. Even on the days it rained we could relax in the conservatory, reading or doing a jigsaw, and unwind. Gina and her husband are very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. If we could give it six stars we would!

Charles was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate for our family. He has brilliant local recommendations and a very helpful website. Burnside is a beautiful, secluded cottage with everything you could need. Lots of wildlife to be spotted in the garden and surrounding fields and close to many amazing places with countless things to see and do! Can’t wait to return again on our next trip to Scotland.
