The Barn - Downstairs

Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

Cozy 2 BR cottage on serene Bayou Manchac. This waterfront cabin has a large gazebo with picnic table. Boardwalk provides easy access to dock and fishing. Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
