The apartment is located in an early 20th century building, on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It faces the sea and the village beach. The atmosphere is magical from the living room, which has 2 French doors overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and by which you hear, in the evening when the village is quiet, the sound of the waves. My place is close to the exceptional view of the Salses pond, the beach is about 500 m away. For sailing enthusiasts, only a few dozen meters to go. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. The pool and jacuzzi are unavailable; a prefectural decree does not allow its use. Nice new studio on a quiet and peaceful street on the heights of Collioure. Our accommodation is 15 minutes from the city center and beaches and 20 minutes from Collioure train station. Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar.
