Dream apartment 116 square meters in the idyllic village of Stöckte. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room, 1 shower room and a large light-flooded living-dining room with magnificent views directly onto the lake. There is a terrace, 40 square meters, of which 11 square meters are covered. Direct access to the lake makes the apartment unsuitable for small children. In October 2021, it was renovated and received a new built-in kitchen. Modern equipment for 4 people. Convenient location between Hamburg, Lüneburg.

The bedroom features a spacious double bed dressed in gray linens and checkered pillows. Soft ambient lighting is provided by two bedside lamps, adding a calm touch to the neutral-toned walls. A window allows natural light to brighten the space.

Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

A spacious bedroom features large windows that provide a view of the Alster. Two single beds with light-colored bedding are arranged beside nightstands. A cozy couch is present along with a desk and chair. Elegant parquet flooring enhances the room's open feel.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

You have everything you need for cooking. In 20 minutes you can reach the center of Hamburg by public transport, which is very punctual, clean and fast. An ideal place that gives you peace of mind but where you can also work and get to all of Hamburg quickly.

Das Hausboot liegt sehr idyllisch und dennoch fußläufig zur Innenstadt im Stader Holzhafen. So ist es mitten im Stadtzentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Das Hausboot hat eine Größe von 38qm, ist an Frisch- und Abwasser sowie Strom angeschlossen, besitzt eine Ölheizung und verfügt neben einem Wohn- und Schlafraum sowohl über ein Bad mit Wanne und separater Toilette, als auch über eine kleine Küche und einen extra Holz-Kamin zum zusätzlichen Beheizen im Winter.
