Joanne's place is a very charming federation cottage. It is not a new build, which is definitely part of its charm, so don't expect high end luxury. Joanne provides everything you need, the beds are comfy, the location is wonderful, just a short walk to supermarket, great restaurants and pubs. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Joanne.

Absolutely loved our stay! Being able to bring our puppy made it even better. It was honestly the cleanest AirBnB we’ve probably ever stayed in—spotless and so well cared for. The furniture and décor were thoughtful and stylish, making it feel incredibly homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the location, great to sit on the deck or in the living area and being able to see the water. The house is very well equipped in all of kitchen, bathroom, laundry. The interior has been renovated tastefully and in keeping with its coastal location. The location is a very easy short drive into the town centre and walkable if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. We would certainly stay there again.

Tremendous option for accommodation in Warnambool, very centrally located, and a great place to stay in that will suit very many groups or families. The property was incredibly finished and created a very warm and homely feel. Very promptly received the rock of approval from my toddler. Very happy we selected this property, it was great!

This place is absolutely breathtaking! Stunning views to wake up to in the morning, decor and interior design was incredible. Will definitely be back and so worth the 3+ hour drive 😍 was amazing to have a relaxing bath with my partner whilst watching our favourite movie. Matty gave us a list of great restaurants/bars/cafes which were great! Communication with matty was fast and reliable. It was my partners birthday over our weekend stay and Marty even put a bottle of rosè, some chocolates and a birthday balloon! Over all absolutely amazing couldn’t recommend enough! 😍😍😍

This spacious property was well appointed, with great attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked or missed. The standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent. Off street parking with easy access to the entrance was a plus. The secure, quiet location allowed a relaxing stay with restful sleep. The hosts were great communicators; only too happy to answer questions and provide help. I highly recommend this fabulous property.

From the fresh fruit and other basics in the kitchen to the board games and table tennis table to provide additional fun when the outside weather was less than desirable, we felt at home from the getgo. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk and Lake Petrobe for walks, and also easy to stoll into the town for dinner or shopping . Clear instructions and quick responses from the host made the stay a breeze.
