4 friends, 4 bedrooms = Perfect! We spent a 5 day bike holiday- vacation , the villa was perfect for that! Plenty of possibilities for each of us to have their own space to work or relax. The location is perfect for bike tours to the classic destinations such as Cap Formentor or Sa Calobra. Also in perfect walking distance to the old town of Alcudia. Highly recommended!!

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

The apartment is really nice - nicely furnished, flooded with light and with a fantastic view that makes every morning special. Especially pleasant: In the hotel Molins directly opposite you can have a great breakfast, so you can start the day perfectly. All in all, a wonderful place to feel good and enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is of rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. His apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and ideally located, right by the water. A real corner of paradise that I recommend without so much as a second thought!

Catherine is such a helpful, responsive and excellent host . Would 100% staying at the accommodation. In a fantastic position close to beach and restaurants. Local recommendations provided and check in and out very easy . It also felt like a home . Thanks Catherine- we all loved it .

We had a great stay at Gaspar’s apartment. Everything from the location to the snacks in the apartment was great and thought through. We love to cook, and the apartment was equipped with all necessary equipment. Would highly recommend!

We are very pleased with our trip and the nice accommodation. Cristobal Bortas was a good host who welcomed us when we arrived at the accommodation. We have accommodated 2 adults and our children aged 16, 14 and 10. Everyone has enjoyed themselves. We recommend this accommodation to others who want to go out and travel.

Really nice host who was flexible with check in and check out. Replied to messages within 15 minutes and was as helpful as could be. Place was nice with decent amenities that were clean enough and in working condition. Only issue was lack of WiFi, which to be fair is listed as not included but in this day and age, it's expected really and definitely for the price.Overall, comes highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

We had a great time at this place. The environment is calm and relaxing, perfect for relaxing with friends. The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 200 meters, which is a real plus. The accommodation is very clean, well maintained and as described. When we arrived, everything was impeccable: the linens smelled particularly good. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and we enjoyed the terrace for our breakfasts. The view overlooks the street and a hotel but that didn't bother us. Communication with the host was simple and quick. The accommodation offers great value, especially thanks to its proximity to the beach, its comfort and its peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Palma. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We stayed at Fernando’s villa for six nights and absolutely adored our workation there! :) The location is perfect - nestled in a peaceful, quiet area where you can fully relax and recharge. Ideal place for retreat! No tourist crowds, no traffic noise - just the calming sounds of nature, surrounded by mountains, forest, and the sea. Even better, three beautiful beaches with turquoise water are just a short walk away! The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need, we really enjoyed cooking at home. The view from the villa is breathtaking, and there’s even a scenic hiking trail leading to Port de Pollença. Fernando was the best host we’ve ever met- friendly, helpful, responsive, and a true pleasure to communicate with. We were also working part of the time, and the villa’s strong internet connection made it ideal for a workation. I’m already planning to return in the future, and I would definitely stay there again.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment overlooking the beach, the location is as good as it gets! Lovely cosy apartment for 4 people, all the amenities you would need. Highly recommended!

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

A wonderful place to stay that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with quick response time. The house is tastefully and creatively decorated, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all used and enjoyed regularly. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be seen all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also constantly heard. A few meters from the house is the natural large sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks barefoot and go swimming. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much...!!!

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Luis was wonderful. He greeted us with a bottle of welcome wine and fruit and coffee, a nice touch that made our stay more enjoyable. The apartment is clean, ideal for families, and has towels for everything. The 🏝️ location is next to the most beautiful beach in Alcudia

Another great stay in this apartment Antonio is always there if you need any help are advice. The apartment is in a perfect location great views from the big lovely terrace I can’t fault it in anyway. We stayed end of april with my wife and two kids. Large bedroom was perfect, the other one a bit on the small side. Everything has been newly renovated. The location is perfect next to the boulevard and near a lot of restaurants. We had an early flight but there was no issue with us checking in early, very helpful!
