Alex informed us very well before arrival, as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Unfortunately, there was facade work in the days, but no one could do anything about it. Alex came by to get an impression and apologize to us. We were very pleased about that! We were also very pleased with the bottle of Carva and water in the fridge.

A modern kitchen is showcased, featuring a central island with a stovetop and sink. Minimalist cabinetry provides storage, while warm lighting is offered by pendant fixtures above. A living area is visible in the background, enhancing the open-space layout of the apartment.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for hiking, swimming and trips to Alcudia, Pollenca, etc. We can highly recommend this villa.

The large terrace features modern grey seating arrangements and potted plants, providing a comfortable space to relax. Sliding doors lead to the interior, and a beautifully maintained view of the sea and surrounding area is visible. Sunlight brightens the entire setting.
