This airbnb was fantastic! Everything you need to take to the beach is provided: Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a beach cart to carry it all as well! The place is spacious and walking distance to the beach. We appreciated all of the amenities and we look forward to staying here again!

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Very nice, clean! Bed was a bit uncomfortable- may just be me in my old age! Regardless Jose was extremely responsive with every question! Pool was nice- unfortunately many guest do not shower before getting g creating oil and sand issues- if that the biggest issue I’m good!!

We loved our stay here! The studio was clean and cozy and there were so many thoughtful details - shampoo and body wash dispensers, a few little snacks and waters, coffee with sugar and creamer, and all the beach supplies you could possibly need! It’s a quick little walk to a lovely quiet beach. There are a few food options within walking distance, but all the delivery services are available. I would love to come back and stay again!

Rob’s place was fantastic for our family Spring Break trip. Updated amenities throughout and literally steps from the beach made for an awesome stay! The communication was great and the use of the beach equipment made our experience extra enjoyable. If we go back to Cocoa Beach again I know where we’ll be staying!

Awesome location. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and a block from beach access. Very clean and comfortable for me and my husband. Nice cold air conditioner was great after a day of walking around in 90 degree weather 😄

This place is AMAZING!!!! It's more of a secluded area of the beach. We saw many sea turtles swimming and then saw 3 of them nesting! Be careful of the noseeums!! We got eating up.

We had a great time! Loved the place and amenities! We would have given five stars if we could have had the AC a little cooler and we would’ve paid extra for that. Others bed were super comfy and we def will be back:)

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

Great little condo within walking distance to the beach. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably (teen that didn’t want to share bed camped out on the floor, his choice). We had EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a week of beach time. Very well appointed and furnished. The building itself had a helpful patio area for rinsing sand off so we could relax post beach sand-free. We were also able to watch a SpaceX launch right from the patio which was a pleasant surprise since the launch that was scheduled during our stay was at 1am. Watched in our PJs and went back to bed. Great stay. Responsive host. We had no issues with construction sound aside from an occasional hammer, it was a non factor.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

Everything was great with the place! The location is very convenient for getting to the beach. It was also very clean and well furnished. David was very responsive throughout the trip.

We loved staying at the Airbnb. Clean, cozy and everything we needed to feel at home. You can walk to a restaurant, pool and gym. It was very close to the Kennedy Space Center. We had a great stay! Thank you!

This spot was well worth the pricing. It was a great location, being close to the beach and a walkable distance to eating spots. Claudia was very responsive when I had questions, and overall, it was a great experience.

Lovely place to enjoy peace and beautiful location. Place was really clean and the house was really pretty. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place! will visit this place again for sure!!

I’ve been staying at Royal Mansions for over 30 years making memories with my children when they were young. Now they are grown with children of their own. Brian’s place has been the most beautiful of all the penthouses I’ve stayed at RM. totally renovated. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy sleeper sofa and beds. I highly recommend Brian’s place.

We had a great time, the 4 of us ( my husband, 2 kids and myself) enjoyed the beach being so close, and the pool and hot tub. My husband did a lot of fishing, as there were many bridges and piers near by. We saw a rocket launch from the beach one night, and saw a sea turtle nesting on the beach near by. Overall great stay, we all had a blast!

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.
