(5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
