MisBHaven King Rooms

Breathtaking views from every angle. Extremely peaceful, the room was lovely and spacious. Had an attached balcony. All was well cleaned and felt very at home. Be sure to have a high risen vehicle, the roads to reach the location are extremely rough. Just be sure to follow the signs, don’t be shy to ask a local for directions!

Troopa's Tropical Escape

LizRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in all my years of travelling. I arrived solo and getting here was a bit of a challenge, but AK and Troopa have been super responsive and helpful the whole time. I have been to a few parts of Jamaica before, especially Negril and Montegobay were overwhelming and touristy and then I came here and felt like it was another world. So peaceful and beautiful, the people are so nice. You feel like you really experience the real Jamaica. Troopa has been the BEST host, I truly felt at home at his place and can honestly say I have gained a good friend. He showed me around, cooked some delicious food and even took me to a local party. He gave me the full experience of true Jamaican culture and I could not be more grateful. His place is also beautiful, with amazing views of the sea from the room and terrace and just a 2 minute walk to the beach that I had to myself most of the time. His sister in law also cook amazing food in her restaurant.

Centrally located room - 5

Staying at Marie’s was the highlight of our trip! Her place was so perfect, very clean and well organised. It was a short walk from the centre of Port Antonio so it was extremely easy to find restaurants, ATM and taxi. We loved how close we were to everything yet hidden in a quiet road with friendly neighbours. We would walk onto the main road and immediately see the sea! Marie was incredibly helpful and responsive, hospitality was so natural to her. We felt safe and free to come and go as we please with our private entrance and outdoor kitchen. I didn’t think I could love Portland even further ! Would absolutely stay again.

I loved my time at Cherise’s! The place was so peaceful and comfortable it was difficult to leave. Plus, I had very friendly neighbours so that was an added bonus. A very enjoyable stay and I hope I can come back one day.

Eco-Rustic Museum House & Art Stage btween 2 beach

I had the most incredible time staying with Rass at Fairy Hill. He is the kindest, warmest most generous host. Rass's house is the most wonderful and magical place, and the perfect experience to step away from the busy normal rat race nonsense. Rass devoted his time to ensure I had the experience that I wanted and gave me so many options. My highlights? Rass's cooking on the wood fire and preparing our food in his interactive kitchen, listening to the soundtrack of the day which Rass filled with the very best old school dub reggae tunes played on his sound system in the back garden mixed with the jungle chorus at night time, and finally just the sense of calm, relaxation and mind cleansing that took over as soon as I walked through the door. Rass is genuinely one of life's good guys and I am grateful that I got the chance to meet him and experience his amazing home. I will be going back to visit as soon as I can.

Fantastic views at "Friends" App.2

We absolutely loved our stay with Birgid and Richard! We have been travelling for 6 months around the world and this is by far the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. The view is to dieeeee for, I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean, mountains and stars at night. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Birgid and Richard gave the best advice too on where to visit in the area and helped us arrange a trip to the blue mountains to hike and Kingston. It’s so lovely to stay with such nice and welcoming hosts for our first time visiting Jamaica. Richard even invited us to play football with his local team which was so fun. If you’re thinking about it JUST BOOK!

Absolutely loved our time in Portland, this appartment is perfectly located if you are looking to visit all the beautiful surroundings that Portland has to offer, people are the most friendliest and welcoming, Marlon was always on site if we needed something, offered to get us a few groceries as we were checking in late, brought us to get nice patties when we were in Port Antonio, he was always so friendly and happy to help us with everything and kind to our kids . Miss Blakey was super kind to us and it was lovely meeting her too. 10/10 recommend this place, the two large bedroom with air con had super comfy beds, kitchen had all essentials, neighbours are friendly and the little local shop next door was very handy to have too. Sunrises right in front of the house .. 5 min drive to blue lagoon, 30 min to somerset falls, 8 min to Frenchmans cove 1hour to Reach falls 10 min to port antonio And so many more … Thanks a million guys
