We are a 7-8 minute drive to departure bay ferry terminal. Public transit is a few minute walk with access to most areas of Nanaimo Note: We are a busy family and as such some morning there may be some noise from the upstairs while our kids get ready for school/day. We do also have a dog who barks occasionally.
