The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. Our house is divided on two floors + mezzanine, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a bathroom with shower; go up one floor and find the living room with fireplace, TV, balcony with beautiful lake view and double sofa bed; go up again, mezzanine with double bed. In addition we provide our guests a small garden with barbecue and shady table from the vineyard. The house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the lake.
