In short, Viviana's place is as great as the reviews say! Viviana is a terrific host; kind, thoughtful and always responsive. We felt very welcome and she left us some lovely gifts throughout our month long stay. Checkin was easy thanks to her excellent communication. The apartment feels bigger than the photos and it has everything you could need. It was very clean, the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is perfect. Working remote is easy; the WiFi is strong and never gave any trouble. Termini is a step back in time. Only 30-40 minutes to Sorrento and Positano by scooter (best way to explore) but feels totally removed from the tourist hubs. You have 3 amazing restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Try Eughene's, Bar de Simone and Salvatore & Mafalda (or Relais Blu for a Michelin star). The best free beach is near La Perla in Nerano and there are two lovely walks on your doorstep; to Punta Campanalla and San Castanzo. Amazing views of Capri. You will not regret staying in Viviana's!

We are a group of 5 friends who stayed for a week in Raffaele's house. The house is brand new, equipped with all comforts, very spacious and located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing but still close to Sorrento. The bedrooms have excellent quality beds that guarantee a truly restful sleep. Another highlight is the spectacular view of Capri, truly breathtaking! Throughout our stay, Luigi was extremely kind and helpful, helping us with all our needs. We highly recommend this place-we felt like home!

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

Very great place and great hoste. Gaetano gave me a lot of bits of culture and history of the peninsula, while Irma provided me with all the recommendations for it that I could hope for. Both are extremely friendly. The airbnb itself was also great; looks great and is quite comfortable. Furnished kitchen and bathroom, as well as teo comfortable beds. Only issue is that it is somewhat secluded, which for me was not a problem as I had a motorbike, but the airbnb is right next to a bus station as well. Perfect place.
