Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pontinha

Thank you very much for this hosting. We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. This apartment is a well-equipped, and it has a very good location thanks to the public transport. Sometimes we heard the neighbours but it was a normal for whom who live in a block of flats like us.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Wohnung von Tiago verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Check-in erfolge reibungslos und autonom. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und richtig schön dekoriert man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war auch sehr ansprechend. 10 Minuten Laufweg bis zur Ubahn Station womit man auf guten Weg Richtung Stadtzentrum war. Am Wochende Abends war das Viertel sehr lebhaft, viele Studenten unterwegs es herrschte reges Treiben. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Einflugsschneise des Flughafen Lissabon, dementsprechend laut könnte man die Flugzeuge hören die landeten bzw. starten. Nachts von 1 bis 5 gibt's aber ein Flugverbot. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten vielleicht trotzdem Ohropax benutzen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Joana and Francisco have a very beautiful place that is centrally located in Lisbon. Many public transit options can take you on a short ride from their place to anything that you would possibly want to do. Their place is located on a busy street, but the building is relatively quiet. The bedrooms are so far from the street that you can easily get a restful sleep. On the busy street are many incredible restaurants, small clubs, and places to shop. Their place is beautifully designed, clean, spacious, and airy. It makes for a very relaxed time when not sightseeing. I cannot recommend their place enough. Joana kept in touch, letting us know what there was to do and making sure that we had an amazing stay. You will love staying at their place as much as we did.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir mussten dank des tollen Wetters und der überragenden Dachterasse nicht einmal Geld für eine Rooftop-Bar ausgeben. Von dort sind viele tolle Gegende zu erkunden und auch in die Stadtmitte ist der Fußweg dank der tollen Eindrücke auf dem Weg dorthin gut machbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für die Zeit dort braucht. Lieben Dank !

Frederico was responsive and very helpful. He let us check-in early and check out later. The place had everything we needed and more.

Modern and comfortable apartment. Super clean. Great location with grocery stores, retail and parks nearby. The air-conditioning functioned well but we rarely needed it due to the apartment’s open air flow and large windows. Large bathrooms, each with a shower and tub. Highly recommended.

On this trip to Europe we stayed at 3 Airbnb’s and I have to say this was by far the best. Paulo thought of everything to make a guest feel welcome and at home. The appliances were state of the art and worked! The live plants, recipe books, flow of the apartment gives the impression of someone who cares about life and nature. We would gladly come back and stay at b this little gem

Antonio has a beautiful apartment with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed ourselves and found the best little taco place a short walk up the hill. Antonio has very good communication and his recommendations are spot on! We had some time to kill at the train station and he recommended the best restaurant with a water view, it was very helpful!

La casa es fantástica, con todas las comodidades, y me ha hecho sentir como en mi hogar

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

We had an amazing, magical stay at Casa Das Rosas. Hugo and Laura are really wonderful hosts. Please follow all their recommendations for things to do in Sintra and beyond. They really made our stay so special. The house is so nicely designed and really comfortable. The small outside sitting area on the cobblestone walkway is perfect for morning coffee. The location is great for walking. The walk to the old part of Sintra takes about 10 minutes. Take the path through the Parque Liberdade to old Sintra. You won’t be sorry . We hope to be able return to Casa Das Rosas. Thank you Hugo & Laura!

We loved our stay at Ricardo's home and the overall experience. He was always responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and getting to the home via different transport methods. The home itself is perfect for couples or small families, and especially well thought-out for children. The panda in the crib was a lovely touch that our son loved! Belem is a great area to stay in, too. Lots of lovely parks, beautiful buildings and places to explore.

It took us about 15min to lug our luggages from Sintra station via an uphill road. This is also the trail to the Moorish castle, so you will get a head start to the castle staying here. The view from the bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is clean. Rita is very responsive to our message. She is a great host!

Great place to stay with a big company! Very cosy spacious appartement with a great location. The host was friendly, accomodating and responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommended!

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

This place was stunning. We had a great stay! There were six of us and more than enough room. The host was fantastic and super easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous accommodation. So spacious and clean. Also very quiet considering it is in a busy area. Walk to everything. Ferry, trams, buses. Great local restaurants and cafes. Fabrics coffee shop downstairs has great coffee. Good having air conditioning, double glazing and shutters. The beds were very comfy and good water pressure. We would stay again. Having lifts is also helpful.

O local é bem agradável e corresponde com as fotos. Facil de fazer checkin e checkout. É bem equipado com utensilios domésticos o que facilita bastante. Há um mercado pequeno próximo. Fica um pouco afastado dos principais pontoa de Lisboa mas Há opções de transporte público próximo.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. It's in a handy location for the airport, the Oriente railway and bus stations, and the Metro. Vitaliano and Nara were excellent hosts - always helpful, responsive and friendly.

Todo ha sido maravilloso, la ubicación, el alojamiento y el anfitrión. Ling fue muy amable en todo momento, dando recomendaciones muy útiles. Cuando volvamos a Lisboa repetiremos, sin duda.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Pédro et Thérésa très agréable- Conforme aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce- La vue sur le Tage est superbe- Appartement très confortable dans un quartier résidentiel- Le bus pour aller dans le centre de Lisbonne est à 5mns à pieds et le métro est à un peu plus d' 1km- Point positif supplémentaire : l'emplacement de parking en sous-sol

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
