Great place! So cute and clean looks just like the pictures. Studio size, safe parking in the front and back. Upstairs unit no street noise a good nights rest. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great time on our stay. The area is a lot of fun and the room was great. We knew going in there was a bar/restaurant downstairs that stayed open late and the room got really loud but that was part of the fun for us. We were there for a great time and we had it. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

Erica and Brian are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, organized and extremely responsive! Their place is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. I was there for over a month and everything was great and made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, the location is so convenient and comfortable. We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed-clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to the highway. We were in town for a concert and had no trouble getting to Ford Field with an Uber ride. What really stood out was how our host went above and beyond with thoughtful local recommendations, which made our trip even better. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area! If we find ourselves back in the area, we will be booking again. Thank you Gabby!

The unit was clean, great location and beautiful surroundings. Close to central Ann Arbor and quiet neighborhood. The unit had everything we needed. The hosts gave us Ann Arbor shirts and wine (wonderful touch). Thank you for hosting us.

Very nice place. Very clean and loved the massage chairs! Bed was super cozy. Didn’t use the basement but for someone with kids it would make a great play area. The view outside was woodsy and we watched a momma woodpecker feed her babies in a nest right across from the front door. There was coffee and tea. Drove down to Walled Lake and it is gorgeous. Overall very good stay!

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

Our stay was very peaceful! The area is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It was very clean and welcoming. We had to drive a little more than wheat we expected but we were ok with that. The hosts were very responsive and polite. I definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
