The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

Part of a Racionalist building dating from the 40's this place was fully re-built and restaured in 2007 and has the best quality of equipment and materials.
