Perfect stay to rest in a peaceful and quiet environment! It feels like home but on vacation with all the necessities ^^ Small cozy semi-detached house for at least 4 people in complete privacy, everything is clean and new, the garden and car parking, the location 15 min drive to the beaches of Mimizan^^ Thank you again for hosting us!

Guillaume welcomed us with great kindness, always very precise in his explanations. We were apprehensive about the middle school behind the house but we were quickly reassured, and even benefited from the calm and the garden, well protected between the middle school, and a few houses on the other side … It's a great house to unwind, and enjoy the Landes, go to the Basque Country, and go up the other side via Cap-Ferret. It's a little slice of Paris.

A very well-located house with two bedrooms and all the amenities you need to travel as a family with a baby and a dog. Small touches were waiting for us when we arrived! We had a lovely stay between walks and swimming at the lake! Bonus: a portable crib and booster seat and baby amenities were available! As well as for pets!We'll be happy to go back!

Fantastic place to spend a few nights at Bassin d‘Arcachon. Many good places to eat are very close by. Sébastien and Sandrine were very friendly. Exceptionally well suited for travelling with a baby (6 months) as baby cot and bathing tub were provided by the hosts.

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

We felt very comfortable with Edith from the first moment. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. There were small terraces both in front of the apartment and behind the house, so you always had the opportunity to find a place in the shade. Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. We just had a pleasant stay at Christine's. The apartment met our expectations. It is very functional and in a very good location. We were hosted very well by Antoine. We found the welcome from the shopkeepers very friendly.

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and as described. I would recommend it!
