A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Character country house, 19th century that can accommodate 6 people, or more if needed. The house is surrounded by a fully enclosed 400 m² plot, with a furnished terrace ( barbecue, garden furniture), in a village close to a farm. The furnished apartment is fully equipped to make sure that you do not miss anything. Linens are not provided They can be provided in addition for €10 per bedding. You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

We offer for rent a studio of 40 m2 independent in a cottage at the edge of the forest and the gorges of Chavanon. The studio terrace overlooks a flower garden. Access to the vegetable garden and aromatic plants is possible. Silence,walks,mushrooms, wild nature, fishing, deer slab, swimming in fresh waters, nearby walking paths. 20km as the crow flies, beautiful views of the Sancy Mountains.
