Waterfront vacation rentals in Ponta Verde

It was my first trip to another state alone and I have nothing to say about this place!! It was the best choice, best reception, the place is amazing and safe!!

Very responsive, quick answers, well-located and organized apartment, I felt at home, I will return more often.

Very good accommodation, extremely well located. On the last day we tried to be flexible with the checkout, but there was no response from the host. However, everything worked out.

I was with my family in early May and we were extremely happy with what we found. Clean, well-organized place, new and great quality bed and bath linens. Well-equipped kitchen and everything is very functional. Wonderful location and close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, markets, in short, everything is very good. I highly recommend it.

Great location. A true paradise on Earth. Homemade always attentive and helpful. Dona Iara always affectionate — we were even greeted with two delicious regional cakes! The cozy place in the house made us feel like a bed and breakfast booked just for us. It was definitely worth every penny. Would recommend! We'll be back more often, God willing!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bedding. - In the kitchen: we missed some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

Exactly what we were looking for. A private place with easy access to the beach. Loved the house and decor. Great host.

The house is very beautiful, it faithfully matches the photos. The terrain is huge and ensures privacy. In addition to the main house, it has two bungalows that accommodate a couple and a family. Sleeps 11 people comfortably in beds and has a crib. Great linen and towels. Special mention to the wonderful pool, which is on the beach. The view is indescribable. The housekeeper and family are sensational. I recommend hiring the housekeeper's wife and sister-in-law for cleaning and cooking. Hosts are very helpful and available. It's essential to be driving for shopping and sightseeing. Strongly recommend, we had a wonderful stay at Germano's house.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

Excellent stay, super well located near the beach of jatiuca and restaurants, condominium with 24h market, gym, apartment was super clean and the owner always responded very quickly, I recommend it for anyone who wants comfort and ease

Wonderful place. Exactly clean, Mirella left coffee, sugar, cookies and other things that were very useful to us. Only the mattresses weren't so good. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Luis is a great host. He responded quickly to my messages and took care of leaving us chairs and umbrellas for the beach. He allowed us to stay a little longer in the apartment because our flight was in the afternoon. Thank you so much for everything. Have a good life, Luis

Alessandro's space is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean and nice. The host kept in touch from the beginning, gave us tips on restaurants, places, and was very attentive. Comfortable bed, good bedding, clean towels, air conditioning worked well. I intend to return! Thank you!!!
