Superbe séjour face a l’océan. Le logement est grand, impeccable, facile à trouver et avec un parking. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Hôte très réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande 100%

Ce logement a toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable. La vue prenante de la mer du 7e étage est appréciée. Cela en fait un atout très intéressant. Prendre l'apéro sur la balcon est un plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de problème pour le stationnement de la voiture, mais nous étions de retour avant 16h00. La disponibilité des places est limitée après 15h30 et les alternatives de stationnement dans les rues sont assez loin et contraignantes (frais jusqu'à 20h00). Il n'est plus possible de se garer dans la rue du complexe, il faut aller à plus de 300 m ou utiliser un parking public payant à 100 m. Sur 5 jours, nous n'avons eu à se garer dans la rue qu'une seule fois. Le lit est confortable. Il est très agréable de dormir avec le bruit lointain des vagues. Les résidents du complexes sont silencieux et respectueux. Bref, nous avons eu une excellente expérience et nous conseillons ce logement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Funchal.

Very good location for exploring Funchal with only a 5-10 walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre. Very spacious for the 4 of us and great views from the balcony. Nice local bakery next door, worth a visit for breakfast.

Airbnb très agréable, conforme à la description et aux photos. Lino notre hôte est venu nous chercher a l aéroport, et nous a emmené directement au airbnb. Excellente communication avant et pendant le séjour. L appartement est vraiment agréable, bien éclairé, et dispose d une belle vue. Cuisine très bien organisée avec beaucoup de vaisselle, grand frigo, micro ondes et plaque de cuisson , ce qui est agreable, salon avec canapé, tv, chambre avec lit double, grand placard, bureau, clim et vue degagee sur l océan. Tout etait parfait, nous avons même eu le droit a un petit gâteau régional a notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet airbnb

Review from 2 Moms with their 2 18 year old daughters. So 4 guests in total. Everything was just fantastic. We loved our stay. Valdemar was very accommodating as we had to make a few changes last minute here and there. His father met my friend to check in and he was lovely. Brought lots of potatoes and avocados from his garden( yummy)!!! Also another tray of goodies for us as well left on the table. Apartment is very roomy, love the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Bakery downstairs at entrance to apartment was amazing!!!! Lots of wonderful recommendations from Valdemar in each city for restaurants and things to do. Wanted to stay longer!!! Valdemar was also very accommodating with our later check out. Only small issue I had was the bed was a little hard for me personally but I still had a great stay and slept good. Felt that all 3 hosts were available to us to ask any questions and help with whatever they could. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

A fantastic stay with Emanuel for 3 weeks , my longest stay at an Air BnB and was perfect for what i was looking for. The place is exactly as described and as in the pictures. Emanuel and his mum were great with communicating and making sure all questions were answered. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance, most day trips would pick up from outside the apartment. Would 100% stay here again when I come back and cannot recommend them enough

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick - wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt :) Tipp: die Straße zum Haus von oben anfahren, da diese sehr steil und eng ist - der Parkplatz ist nichts für große Autos😉

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im cozy pink Haus! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht war dort, Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Meerblick inklusive! Auch der Check in war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin! Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat alles getan, damit wir uns gleich wie zuhause fühlen. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und bekamen Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour chez Jose et Paula la co-hôte. Le logement est assez isolé en altitude au dessus de funchal donc les soirées sont fraîches. la voiture est plus que nécessaire.pas de commerce à proximité. La literie est parfaite . Le linge de maison propre et de qualité. Nous n avons pas profité de la piscine car un peu froide à notre goût… Un petit lave vaisselle disponible non indiqué sur le descriptif. Paula a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes…réponse en moins de 10 minutes à chaque fois.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

C'est un lieu extrêmement reposant calme avec un beau jardin une véranda qui permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur avec vue sur la mer. L'intérieur est très confortable, nous avons surtout apprécié la quiétude des lieux . Nasha est très sympathique et prête à rendre service , sa confiture est excellente ! Bref nous avons passé un séjour bien chouette et recommandons ce lieu aux personnes aimant le calme , à savoir que la levada est joignable à pieds( montée impressionnante mais réalisable..) en suivant el camino de los mohinos en direction de Prazeres et Calheta . Le gîte est à 10 mn en voiture de la plage de Calheta ce qui est un plus.

Der Balkon ist einfach super! Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas am Hang, ist aber gut erreichbar und sehr ruhig! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft wir würden sofort wieder kommen!!

Pour commencer, je ne mets jamais de 10 parce que la perfection n’existe pas mais je regrette qu’on ne puisse pas donner une note de 9.9 !!! La maison est hyper accueillante et parfaitement équipée. Il y avait même du sel et du poivre, de l’huile et du vinaigre ce qu’on ne trouve plus beaucoup maintenant, plus deux « présents d’accueil », ce qui devient extrêmement rare. Nous avons logé dans la chambre la plus au nord : literie PARFAITE ! (Ce qui devient, aussi, très rare). De plus l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Madère et les couchers de soleil de début mai (Bon, seulement 5 sur dix soirées à cause du temps curieux) furent magnifiques ! L’aménagement (chambre + dressing + salle de bain) est également parfaitement bien pensé. Le « salon d’hiver » qui permet de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le diner en surplomb de la mer et au chaud est aussi un plus. Contact et réactivité parfaits de l’hôte, même à 6 heures du matin (tempête et coupure d’électricité) !!!. Bref, un excellent séjour

I would just recommend that you not follow the navigation route exactly on your phone. What I would say is when you are getting close that it tries to send you up a steep narrow inclining road/alley that is actually used as a one way road downhill by the locals. So if the directions take you to that road just continue on towards the west from there until you come to the next road that looks like a normal road and not an alleyway. The roads are very curvy through that area and as I mentioned you'll be heading west-ish but then road 222 curves north-ish. Once that northward drive starts to switchback you will see the road you should take, there's a bus stop structure there. You will then be turning right (north) at that intersection. Once you head up that way your navigation should reroute and get you there easily. Hope that helps, lol! I wish I could give you a snapshot of my maps, but I'm not able to do so in this review.

We were really happy with Rui‘s Appartement. It was really clean and looks like the pictures. The check in was really easy:) Sometimes we heared the the people in the Appartement above. The airport in the nearth wasnt a Problem for us. Thank you Rui

Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit der traumhaften Aussicht- beim Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir die Aussicht sehr genossen! Leider ist die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße lauter als erwartet. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, besonders die Waschmaschine haben wir sehr gerne bei unserem längeren Aufenthalt genutzt, in der Küche lässt es sich auch etwas ausgiebiger kochen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, an manchen Stellen jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb der Stadt, man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen haben, jedoch erreicht man somit einige tolle Wanderungausgangspunkte mit dem Auto etwas zügiger.

A casa correspondeu as expectativas, tem uma vista lindissima sobre Machico, a sala é muito espaçosa e a casa de banho tambem. Esta localizado muito perto do aeroporto e numa zona muito tranquila. Os vizinhos tambem foram muito prestaveis. Possui alguns serviços perto como restaurantes, cafes, Ginasio etc. Nota: apesar de não apresentar nas fotografias a casa possui cozinha equipada.

Joana is a kind and proactive host, always available. She gave us advice for good restaurants and places to visit :) The appartment is bigger than expected with everything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend Joana‘s place! Small tip: The underground parking space and its entrance are quite narrow so try to get a smaller rental car if possible. Not kmpossible with laeger cars, but less stressfull for sure 😁

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Funchal/Madère. Propre, bien équipé et facile d'accès, l'appartement est très agréable. Alexandro est un hôte accueillant, disponible et réactif. Il nous a même partagé quelques recommandations, d'activités à faire ou des pots à aller voir, qui étaient pertinentes. Attention toutefois car la piscine n'est pas directement accessible, mais dans un autre complexe d'immeubles qui se situe à 5-10 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. De même, l'arrivée n'est pas autonome puisque c'est l'hôte lui même qui remet les clés moyennant 30€ si vous arrivez après 18h. Détails à connaître il me semble. Je recommande ce logement

We loved staying here! Fantastic location for a vacation in Madeira and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
