It's a blue house... set against the Kermor pond, the beach on foot, the breathtaking view of the pond with its sunsets. The perfect base from which to recharge your batteries, the living room overlooks two terraces and a beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m2.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Facing south and located in a pedestrian alley in a dead end 150 meters from the ocean and a 1-minute walk from shops (bakery, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco, ...) You will feel at home here, depending on your favorite season. For fish & seafood lovers, you can buy them directly at the port, a 5-minute walk away.

Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
