Apartment No. 1 is located on the 1st floor with access by a staircase, this duplex accommodation has a spacious living room, the bedroom is upstairs with its bathroom. Large house composed of two apartments. The one we rent is on the ground floor (about 110 m2), and ours is in the other part of the house, on the first floor. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.
