Charmant studio avec mezzanine, situé au cœur de la cité des peintres rendue célèbre par Paul Gauguin et l'école de peinture de Pont-Aven. Le studio est situé dans une aile de notre maison et vous disposez de deux entrées pour y accéder. Vous disposez d'un coin repas extérieur au pied de l'escalier et d'une terrasse avec salon de jardin et transats. Le jardin et la terrasse peuvent être éclairés le soir. Vous êtes à 200 mètres du centre-ville et du musée et tout près du port.

Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un ancien moulin, à 10min de l'océan, le gîte comprend une chambre avec salle d'eau, WC séparé et un séjour-cuisine avec cheminée en pierre. Il peut accueillir 2 à 3 personnes. Dans un environnement boisé, vous aurez accès au verger du moulin et à la rivière (le Moros) qui longe la propriété.
