Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Penty Pont Aven

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

150 m from the beaches of Kérou & Bellangenet, a stone's throw from the coastal trails of Pouldu, come and enjoy this pretty 75 m² wooden frame house that can accommodate up to 6 people. This single-story accommodation is ideally located, quiet, in a small subdivision, 5 minutes' walk from the most beautiful beaches of Pouldu. Surf school & nautical base 150 m away, GR34 nearby. Doëlan, Pont-Aven, Concarneau are a few minutes' drive away.

Charming fishermen and fisherwomen's house! Menzao

Charming fisherman's house in Menzao (standing stone) 2.5 km from the beaches between Concarneau and Pont Aven, quiet... A living room with an equipped kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. Our little and big doggy friends cannot be accommodated.

"L'impasse des bibis"... a natural break

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).

TY NONA - Sea view house, Pointe de Penmarc'h

Come and put your suitcases at the end of the world in our vacation home (4 pers) at the foot of the Eckmühl lighthouse, facing Nona Island, at the tip of Penmarc'h with its terrace with full sea view and its exotic garden. Our house has two bedrooms upstairs (one with a 180*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds, convertible to 180*200). On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, bathrobes etc...)
