La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

Large Studio, Newly Renovated, ideally located

Large Studio, as a Suite, ideally located in a quiet street, close to the Eiffel Tower and 2 minutes away from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station. Many restaurants around too! The apartment is fully equipped with all you may need for a few days (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper ...). Perfect for a couple with the main room being quite spacious, and convenient for 2 people wishing separate beds (sofa will be converted into a single bed) but the space becomes tighter.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
