Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.
