My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Stillani is an incredible hostess ! This property is amazing; serine, and peaceful inside and outside. The gardens are enchanting and the outdoor furnishings are very comfortable and inviting. The wonderful fragrance of the garden is unforgettable. The interior offers a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The keys words I will use are very comfortable, welcoming and cleanliness throughout the property. What a wonderful experience overall. This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Niko was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. He welcomed us and gave us all the information to visit the surrounding area. The 3-floor villa was very clean and comfortable and right in front of a beautiful beach with a great restaurant within walking distance. We loved our short stay and plan to come back for a longer stay.

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

The cottage is in a wonderful location, close to beautiful woodland walks as well as being less than half an hour to the sea. Interesting and historic villages are in easy reach. The cottage itself is traditional and homely, and was well-equipped. Our host was brilliant.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly suited for families. It had everything we needed – fully equipped with all the essentials – and the large garden was a great bonus, especially for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax, and the beach was just a short walk away. The host was extremely kind and responded very quickly to any requests or issues we had. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Beautiful house with a wonderful pool and nicely landscaped garden. The perfect place to spend your vacation. The house was clean and well equipped, with The Greek atmosphere. The bathrooms are small and quite uncomfortable, the rest is ok. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Rooms passed by, there was not full privacy, but for families or close friends, it was ok.

Great location, very near the beach and the busy town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and nothing is a problem for them. plenty of space for kids to play around and the pool is a great addition. We loved every minute and definitely will visit again. The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset.
