Vacation rentals with beach access in Polychrono

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

This apartment is really recommended! It was clean, cozy and fully furnished, and felt like home very quickly. The large balcony seems to hang above the water and offers a magnificent view! The area is wonderfully quiet and in five minutes you can walk to the center of Nea Skioni, which has good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Host Kostas was quick to respond and provided all kinds of tips. Hospitality and Enjoyment with a capital H!

Wonderful summer accommodation with stunning views of the bay! Very clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The location is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. Communication with the hostess was excellent. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was clean and well equipped for self-catering. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even when we asked silly questions! Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Although it was off-season accommodation, it was possible to find restaurants open in the surrounding village and vicinity. Evangelia provided great recommendations. Great sea view and coffee🙈 You will only stay in a very windy part of Halkidiki, it is useful to be prepared.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

We stayed for 10 days(2 adults and 1 child) and it was amazing. Everything was just as described in the pictures and you basically have everything you need. The house is 2 mins away from the beach, very cozy,clean and quiet! Katerina is friendly and very responsive.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

My family and I stayed for 3 and a half weeks, and enjoyed it very much. From start to finish, we had the support of the hosts. They allowed us an early check-in since we arrived earlier than planned. They responded to every message and made an effort to make us feel at home. The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, with 2 air conditioners, a new refrigerator, a new washing machine, etc. The view from the terrace is unreal! We would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection due to awnings. Just down the stairs, already at sea! Apartment is already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

We were off-season in the beautiful accommodation and had a really nice, quiet and relaxing stay! Right on the beach, small sweet pool and nice restaurants within walking distance.

We had a 2-week stay at the Karen's cozy place. It was very close to the beach, in a private neighborhood that was safe, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, had large free parking nearby, was fully renovated, and was equipped with all amenities needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster, frappe maker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, multiple A/Cs, TV, comfortable beds, towels, and even beach umbrellas and sun loungers. The host was very helpful with every question and was in touch with us whenever needed. So it is a perfect option for long and a short stay if you want to enjoy your rest perfectly. Thanks for hosting us❤️

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
