Vacation rentals in Poluotok Rat

this stay would not have been so excellent without the host Ivo. We were a group of 10 18 year olds and he helped us everywhere where needed. He brought us extra garbage bags and dishwashing liquid. He drove to the pharmacy for medication for one of us. He was able to give us a discount for nearby activities. He even arranged our transportation to the airport! And finally, he was always quick to respond to messages when I asked about info or supplies. We can only praise Ivo. Recommended!

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

This is a large, spacious, airy house. It is light, bright and very well equipped. Even on hot days the house stayed cool. We hardly needed air conditioning, but for the short times we did, it was very efficient. The house is clearly loved and looked after. It is a family home and the host's parents live in neighbouring accommodation We enjoyed being extremely lazy and very peaceful and quiet, looking out over lovely views of the bay, reading, relaxing and having a daily swim. We did not have a car, so were limited to what was available in Molunat , all of which is very walkable. If you want to do more you would be advised to have a car. Goran our host is THE best host I have ever had on Air BNB....he could not have done more to make us welcome, to be flexible about check in times and to be proactive to make our stay enjoyable. Thankyou so much!

Wonderful accommodation! Beautiful view of Molunat from the balcony, all the necessary amenities and more, quiet area, proximity to the beach and a beautiful fishermen bay. The host is very receptive and attentive to details! Overall an amazing experience!

Zeljko and his wife are very welcoming and great hosts. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport as we had opted not to hire a car for our stay. Our trip was all about relaxation and that is exactly what we found here at the villa and in Molunat. The views from the terrace are incredible. The highlight of the villa is it's Jacuzzi on the terrace which is perfect for an evening soak and a glass of wine. Location-wise you are about a 2 minute walk from a small supermarket which stocks most essentials. About a 10 minute walk around the bay is Lancana, currently the village's only restaurant. But the menu is great, staff are very friendly and you can easily go every night! There is also a small establishment called Odgusta which does great fast food like burgers and pizzas. Border with Montenegro is a short distance by car and day trips to Dubrovnik are also easily done (around an hour). Thoroughly enjoyable stay and a must-book for someone who just wants to relax.

A new and tidy apartment, top equipment, too bad that since we had dinner in a restaurant that makes excellent dishes, both fish and meat, we did not have time to dine on the terrace where there is a large and clean barbecue. The village is great for those looking for a relaxing vacation, small but with excellent restaurants and a bar that delights you in the morning with good coffee and a great cappuccino. As a super host, I congratulate the owners for the wonderful management of the apartments... I recommend it to all those who want to stay a little away from the chaos of the beautiful Dubrovnik and enjoy the real Croatia👏🏾👏🏾

This place is wonderful and Mika is a great host! Not only did he respond promptly to inquiries, he always did everything he could to help. When asked where you could get a children's diving goggles in Molunat, Miho brought one. He also got us medicine from the pharmacy and a new umbrella on the same day when it broke. Incredible! The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and un lies even more beautiful than in the photos. If you like it quiet, this detached cottage surrounded by trees without direct neighbors will love it. The most beautiful place in Molunat :-)! Thank you Miho, from Mandy, Milena, Billy and Mika
