It is a place full of good energy, where you can wonderfully rest, reset, forget about worries and troubles. The covered terrace and the shed enable relaxation even in the rain. For the brave, it is possible to sleep outdoors. There is a hammock and a swing in the garden. A concrete grill will allow you to prepare delicious meals in the fresh air.

The 200m2 house is located in a small, quiet village with 20 people. Built in 1946 and modernized in 2019, it maintains a traditional feel. The house has central heating and at the same time retains a rural character, giving the opportunity to warm up to traditional tiled and clay furnaces. A spacious country-style kitchen with classic “English” is also equipped with all modern furnishings. The spacious orchard view porch will provide full relaxation.

I offer an apartment on the ground floor consisting of a bedroom, large room, kitchen, bathroom and dressing room. The apartment is after renovation. The location is the city center. Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts.
