Cozy cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with access to large yard, pool during the summer, outdoor patio and grill. 15 mins from the Tryon Equestrian Center. Wineries within minutes. This is a rural area where wifi can be spotty. Great place to disconnect and enjoy life with your family. We live in a tiny home at the back end of the property behind the house. Think of us as respectful neighbors that try to stay out of your way. *Pool is open from May until beginning of Sept*
