As you step into this totally renovated rancher you will be struck by the open concept kitchen and living space which invites you to snuggle into the comfortable furniture in front of the large screen tv. The kitchen is fresh, modern and fully appointed with a large table suitable for a family dinner or coffee and conversation. There are three well appointed bedrooms and an office with daybed. Spacious rooms, AC, one full bath, big closets , TV Internet. Small Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Breakfast items are included. I live on the main floor. Salt water pool (not heated) and hot tub, turned on on your request. Hot for 3 hours max each day/night.

Located on a quiet road in a private subdivision. All the comforts' of home.The apartment is a basement apartment with its own ground floor entrance. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance to apartment. Clean, warm, comfortable and newly renovated. My husband and I are located upstairs.
