Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

My family and I had a lovely week. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. The communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. Overall, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

I rented Malini's place with my best friend for a week. We were super happy and the apartment looked great. It's really worth stopping by. If you have a problem, then help is provided immediately and the whole family is very helpful and accommodating. We were also able to get to know Malini's husband's small restaurant, which is exclusively for vegetarians and vegans. Super delicious! I think we will come back :)

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

We were very happy with the accommodation. Everything looked like the pictures.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very conveniently located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a really nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest, you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the trash and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a big hurry to get out in time and also stressed about the trash😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us a crib.

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is really a rare find. Interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Very quiet and beautifully decorated home. Kristina greeted us with an opulent array of fresh bakery sweets and huge selection of fresh fruit and bottle of champagne. Wish we had more time enjoying your beautiful home but spent all of our time touring. I hope the guys emptied the refrigerator. We had to catch a flight and rushed out due a delay from a truck on fire on way to Zagreb airport. We made it in time and had a lovely stay.

Wow, what a wonderful place! A true hide-out, in a secluded location, but with a view to die for. Best place ever to enjoy your morning coffee...! Our host Claudia has created a very cool place, mixing modern designs with a very old and traditional house and surroundings. We definitely hope to be able to return soon!!
