A very cozy house with a swimming pool, comfortable for children. Close to restaurants and beaches. Accommodation essentials are present in the house. Fireplace, BBQ, large hall and clean bedrooms. I recommend it for a great time.

Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

Super nice accommodation. The hosts thought of everything we needed in the accommodation with baby and child. Very stylishly decorated and everything super tidy. With the location, you need a rental car, then everything is quickly accessible.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is in a very quiet location. We liked to go to different beaches or explore the island. Coming back to the large pool and garden area in the afternoon and relaxing was great. The furnishings of the apartment were more than good and Margarita surprised us with drinks and fruit. We felt very comfortable with Margarita and it was a pleasure to get to know her.

It was a new villa with a great environment and interior! The living room and kitchen had a large window with a view outside, which gave it a very open feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and neat! It was a newly built villa with a great view and it was great! It's on the mountain side of Paphos and it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center. Martin and Olga were very kind and were happy to help with any questions I had, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful villa.

we stayed for 3 night in Pano Panagia and it was such a relaxing place. the house was so spacious and had lovely afternoon sun.

Beautiful accommodation and a great location with easy access to surrounding areas of interest. Easily accessible from the airport on the 612 bus which runs from the airport to practically outside the apartment. The host, Marjon, was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any queries my girlfriend and I had. Details on how to access the apartment and further details about the apartment itself were provided allowing for a smooth and easy stay. Very much recommended for a great stay in Paphos.

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

Awesome apartment We loved our stay here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The beach towels and bag and other items provided were a welcome extra touch. We particularly liked the view from the balcony and spent many an hour watching the world go by. We were even treated to an electric storm over the sea one night. It is also in a great location close to the harbour, a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars. For those from GB whilst it is described as 3rd floor it is what we would call 2nd floor so only 2 flights of stairs! We didn’t find it noisy at all and slept with windows open so we could hear the sea. Katerina was a lovely host who went out of her way to help and always responded quickly to any queries we had. I thoroughly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Lucy is very helpful and responsive. The place is very cosy, with its own great outdoors area, perfectly located in the Center of Latchi with 2 minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants as well as local promenade area. The complex is peaceful and private.

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Wow, my best Airbnb experience ever—and even more than that, it was a warm welcome filled with kind energy. You feel so good here that it’s hard to leave. Mary and Gunther are people with rare souls and kindness. We truly hope to come back one day because this place is a real haven of peace and happiness. Since we’re sensitive to this kind of connection and atmosphere, we are more than delighted to add these quality moments to our life experiences. It will remain engraved in our memories and hearts. They have created a contagious harmony in this apartment and its beautiful garden. There are no words to describe this experience, you have to live it !

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki right around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

Nothing bad to say at all. Our stay at Kevin’s place was perfect. Beautiful rooms, outdoor areas, pool and had everything we needed. It was only about a 5min drive to the waterfront with all the restaurants but there was a cafe onsite and convenience stores walkable nearby. Communication with Kevin was great! Extremely responsive, was there upon check in to show us the place and upon check out. Available if we needed anything and was super kind! Thanks for a lovely stay Kevin!
