It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumption of electricity (€0.50/kWh), gas (€5/m3) and the tourist tax (€1/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. The entire property has a maximum capacity of 8 beds, providing its guests with 4 bathrooms, including 2 complete interiors, a wellness area with a Turkish bath, aromatherapy, a large whirlpool tub (overlooking a suggestive rock wall), an emotional shower with chromotherapy and toilets and 1 outdoor bathroom (toilet+sink) with a shower. The exclusive saltwater infinity pool with whirlpool is surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis. This oasis of privacy and relaxation has everything you need, including a solarium area, an outdoor shower, and a bathroom. The depth of the pool water meets the legal requirements to ensure maximum safety even for the little ones. There are many furnished outdoor spaces and minimal chic settings that allow guests to have lunch or dinner on a large panoramic terrace shaded by a straw gazebo or to enjoy, as soon as they wake up, a rich outdoor breakfast, in an area equipped right in front of the French window of their bedroom, breathing the scents of the fields, in the intimacy of the early morning light. The housing complex is the result of a very recent renovation of buildings of historical value (the Saracen Trullo with its characteristic white dome is even older than the cone-shaped trullo), in which the skilful recovery of the materials, techniques and canons typical of Apulian architecture and history, have allowed a restoration of interiors and exteriors that maintains a strongly evocative and respectful line of the places, even in the furnishings with light and natural colors, designed with the utmost attention to detail and consisting of unique and original pieces. The charm of the location is unparalleled: the building overlooks a terraced garden characterized by the typical dry stone walls, beyond which it opens, as far as the eye can see, on an area of about 6,000 square meters of exclusive use of the house, a valley of magnificent centuries-old olive trees on red earth. La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills.
