Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

The wooden cottage is located in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. The whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work. There is an Outdoor Wellness with wood burning sauna and a hot tub provided. It stands just a few steps from the house and It is all yours during your staying. We welcome especially lovers of nature and peace who come to us for a break and a holiday.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Wellness for the soul is provided by the private spa area with cozy warmth in the sauna or in the hot tub on the terrace. A spacious bathroom refreshes the senses while the view over the vineyards, our lavender labyrinth and the forest wanders.

The studio with extra kitchen is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy pine bed, a dining area for two, a private large loggia/terrace with sun loungers and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals, including a hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.

The old small farmhouse and attached fenced dog garden is newly renovated and furnished, but still preserved in a rural style. The integrated infrared sauna cabin invites you to chill out. Ideal for couples traveling as a couple or with a child. 3 adults can also use the apartment.

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
