This is newly built house slightly outside city of Drnis, surrounded by pine forest. House is located in quiet and private area. It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik.

Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? No city noise, no neighbors, huge garden with fruits and vegetables that you can pick and eat, swing in a shade where you can read a book, outside area to enjoy family time etc. We will welcome you with some homemade snacks and drinks. All you need to do is to make sure you rent a car to get here. Nearby is National Park Krka, Monastery island Visovac, zipline Cikola, waterfall Roski slap etc. You can enjoy hiking, trekking, biking around the house.

Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

My studio apartment is near Skradin, town with restaurants, beach and public transport. National park Krka and Prokljan lake is 2 km away and easy to reach. Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

All amenities are very close to the house, Krka National Park is 500 meters away, and Sibenik is reachable by car in 15 minutes.

We are located in Siverić (Sibenik - Knin County Region) on the slopes of the mountain Promina, near the National Park Krka, 30km from the sea. From the nearest town (called Drniš) we are just 4 kilometers away, by car you are there for 3 minutes. Beautiful natural environment that helps you to maximize relax and unite with Mother Nature. Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
