Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

More comfortable and better deal than a hotel. the apartment is beautifully decorated, but very comfortable and uncluttered. Anne was responsive and gave us helpful info on parking. we had not problems getting in and the apartment is lovely and walking distance to boardwalk/beach and restaurants and bars.

Christina’s apartment is spacious and quiet. There was ample parking available and the check-in process was easy. It’s located on the ground floor of most likely a historic home with another apartment directly above it. It’s located approximately one mile from the beach and close to restaurants. Christina was very helpful and responsive. I booked the apartment for a one night stay in May and the AC wasn’t installed yet, so check first if you’re needing to book in the off/low season. Overall, a great value, especially given the rental costs in the area.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

This stay was amazing!! Joanne was so kind and laid back. We felt right at home and loved the outdoor space. Would stay again and again!

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

We had a great experience. Loved the house. Beautifully decorated & each bedroom was very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach & nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Josh was an exceptional host. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for being such a great host! 😎

Had such a great weekend at Pamela’s place she was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. The location was perfect less than a block to the boardwalk walkable to so many great places. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed in the house and it was super clean and looked just like the photos. Even with bad weather we were able to have a blast because there were lots of activities in the house to keep us busy! It's also in a great location and an easy walk to town or to the beach. Highly recommend this stay!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding in April 2025. The place was extremely clean and spacious, especially downstairs where hair and makeup set up the morning of my wedding. There is a ton of natural light throughout the home, which was great for my photographer. The home is conveniently located about two blocks from the PPB boardwalk, as well as center of town (Arnold Ave) where there are many restaurants, and was close to my venue Clark’s Landing. Brian was very responsive and was so sweet to leave my now husband and I a bottle of wine to welcome and congratulate us. We used Coastal Linen Service to provide towels and sheets as they are not included (Brian recommended) and we had no issues with delivery or leaving them for pickup. Overall, was a great stay and memorable weekend! I will advise there are large stairs leading up to home, I would not recommend for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also, TV downstairs does not have streaming, but king bedroom TV does.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

I love this area for vacation. Having off street parking , Laundry and a place to accomodate my pet were bonuses. Not having linens and towels is a Jersey thing, I always feel that these items should be available onsite especially for the price of rentals in this area. Tina is a pleasant and responsive host. I recommend her and would stay here again.
