Beach house vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

Alejandro’s place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The house was roomy and comfortable and the yard was key with pool, fire pit and mini golf. We would stay again!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

Our stay at George’s was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool and yard gave us the space we needed to enjoy a bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and space to relax within the home as well. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, and Carey was very responsive and flexible! I reached out with one question and she responded right away and was very helpful! A very lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to where you want to go.

The owner was really good with communication on what needed to get done with check in and check out. The house was really cozy and clean. The location was good too with only a short walk to the boardwalk. Overall had a very nice experience.

Michael's place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens (all new), amazing beds and bedding. The location was fantastic, a block from the beach and 15 minute walk to Main Street. He was proactive, kind, extremely responsive and made us feel very welcome. Just FYI as of this posting on 5/20/25 there is construction next store during the week 8a-4p, not sure how long it will be (they are renovating the house next door).

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful! It is just as the images look, is in a great location, and has everything you could need! Great local snacks and recommendations, I would definitely stay here again!

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

We absolutely love the Stockton! Everything is exactly as described and I have only stayed at one other place where the cleanliness was so thorough. Matt was super responsive to any concerns we had and it was so easy to find a resolution. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone. As beautiful as the place is, make sure to get outside and check out the area. It’s a whole experience and we are so grateful for our time there!

This beautiful home looks just like the pictures. It is within walking distance to the beach. Our favorite part of the home was the wrap around porch with the retractable screen gates, so our fur baby got to enjoy the views as well. Home is just as listed, clean and newly remodeled everything that you need is there except for your sheets and towels. We come to Point Pleasant yearly and have definitely found our new spot. It is in an ideal location close to the town staples Spano’s, Joe Leone’s, and of course Arnold Ave. Tina is very responsive and helpful! Definitely give this place a try!

My friends and I enjoyed Gabriel’s place in Point Pleasant for a weekend getaway. It was easily walkable to the beach/boardwalk as well as restaurants which was important for us!

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Michelle's place was great. It was super close to everything that we wanted to do and she was extremely nice and responsive to messages and provided a lot of amenities.

This was the perfect spot for a nostalgic family vacation on the Jersey Shore! We couldn't have asked for a better home for the week for my family of four + my parents + my sister and Bro-in-Law. We had an amazing week lounging around the house, the immaculate front deck, the spacious backyard, as well as easy 1-block walks to the beach and boardwalk. The house was the perfect mix of communal space and private bedrooms... all excellently decked out with comfortable and elegant furniture that was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Special Note, the 1sr floor bdrm and bthrm was great for my elderly parents. The finishing detail was the beach equipment that came along with the house. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs as well as the basket of beach toys + the two fishing rods (one adult, one child) were the perfect accessories to let me kids play in the sand and see my son fish with is grandpa. :) We made memories that will last a lifetime. :)
