The apartment is a clean, comfortable & private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance - top floor apartment of a 2- family house. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/person/night. Includes 2 beach badges. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.

We live upstairs. You'll enjoy complete privacy however including two private entrances to your unit. The house is a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride from the beach. It also has a gorgeous view of Deal Lake from one of the bedrooms and is located on a beautiful tree lined block.

It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.
