My spacious family-centric home is close to the beach (2 blocks), OB Pier, Sea World, San Diego Zoo (Balboa Park), Coronado, La Jolla, San Diego airport and downtown San Diego! You’ll love my place because of the proximity to everything (walking distance to bars, restaurants, Newport Ave and farmers market every Wednesday), how cozy yet roomy it is, outdoor space, parking and the OB vibe. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and big groups.

This condo has been completely remodeled, it's stylish, comfortable, an upstairs unit with no one underneath you, that is just blocks from the beach, restaurants and so much more! It has air-conditioning for those warm summer nights and a heater for the chilly winter nights, although it's never too cold here in San Diego. King size bed in bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
