This was our first break with our new puppy and older dog. The courtyard garden was perfect and totally dog safe. Lincoln and Louise made us so welcome and showed us around the property and recommended places to visit and go to eat. The property was stunning. Hand crafted and everything had been considered. The use of space was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of space for us to fit our large dog crate without feeling cramped. It smelt amazing and we didn't want to leave. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and made it extra special for our celebrations. Thank you again.

I was extremely happy with the caravan It had everything you would possibly need very well equipped All the bedding was fresh and clean smelling nice not damp The jacuzzi was great unfortunately the weather was bad so we only got to use it once. The walk from the caravan to the amenities and swimming pool was slightly long for my elderly mother and youngest grandson so I did drive the car backwards and forwards I was a bit concerned about some the negative reviews of the Orchard campsite Regarding the run down shanty town in the middle of the camp I never saw it at all so it did not bother us in the slightest The grandchildren loved all the activities, although you have to pre-book them Unfortunately, the open air pool was shut the whole time so the indoor pool got extremely busy, but it did not stop any of the children having the best time Thank you to Elizabeth for letting us have a later check out as we got one more swim time before heading home We would definitely return

We had a relaxing stay in Julie's cottage, which had everything we needed and a bonus of two bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the toys and the garden. It is really peaceful at night and nearby to the harbour and town so we could walk everywhere and visit the local restaurants and pubs, which were great. Nice lido and playground for children and we recommend taking the harbour ferry to East Mersea. A lovely stay, thankyou.
