I had an excellent stay! My family and I stayed 20 days and everything was very good. The place is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, organized, new furniture and very cozy. The convenience is great! The host was super attentive and helpful, always available for questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

Iris was an amazing host, and extremely responsive! The place was extremely clean including the pool. The house had everything needed including body wash, shampoo and conditioner, pots, towels, utensils, pool toys, etc. We loved that the yard was fenced in and our dog was able to enjoy the yard. We had a great time staying there and really loved the place. Would definitely recommend staying here, and whenever I am back in Florida would 100% look to stay here again. Amazing place, looks better than the photos!

Great place to stay, the pool is a big plus. The rest of the house is fine, but don’t expect anything special.

Great place nice & clean

We loved our stay. The place is nice , the pool was great. It was a peaceful neighborhood with very kind people! We would definitely stay again.

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Kissimmee! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had no issues at all and felt completely at home. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

This is our third time staying at one of Adam’s properties and our second time at this location. The space is exactly as it appears in the photos, extremely clean and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. As a host, Adam is very responsive and wonderful to communicate with.

Easy to get a hold of

We had a great 5 night stay! Great proximity to the pool, clean unit, and fun decor. They provided a pack and play and high chair for my little one. Good communication and instructions.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

From booking to our stay and check out was amazing. Clean apartment with clear instructions and close to almost everything. Will stay here again when next we come to Orlando in a few months.
