We loved our stay! The home is very close to the parks and other attractions. The pool, while not being huge, was perfect for what we needed - plenty of chairs including reclining chairs, and tons of sunlight to tan with. We never saw a bug inside the home for our whole entire trip - first time we've experienced that in Florida! A few things to keep in mind: We could not find any kleenex/tissues in the home, and we only had 2 half rolls of toilet paper for the week. I would recommend buying some paper products for your stay so you don't run out. Overall, a great stay!

Booked this place for me and my 2 work buddies for a 3 night work session and it was amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions. When i come back with the family i will definitely rebook this place if available!! Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and makes u feel right at home!!

This house was perfect for my family. Pool was great! Everything was nice and clean and I would recommend this house to anyone. My kids loved it and you’re very close to everything. Walmart is 2 min away! Was a great time and feeling at home made it so much better. Thank you

The home was amazing. It had everything that the description said it had. The pool was great. We rented the grill which was really easy and it was great. The resort was wonderful. I loved the lazy river. Brent was very responsive and provided me with everything that I needed.

We had a great stay in May. The house and pool are fabulous. It’s 5 mins from a supermarket, close to restaurants and 20/25 mins from the Disney parks. Allan was very helpful and responsive. We’ve stayed in Cumbrian Lakes before and Allan’s house is great, overlooking a lake. Big bedrooms, lots of closet space. Would recommend.

It was a wonderful place! The only issue I have is the host stayed outside in her car for over a hour waiting on my family to leave, made me feel rushed! Check out is at 10 am , she was out there at 9 am !

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

Stayed at Dan’s home for about 8 days with my family to celebrate my wedding weekend. The home was so beautiful, pool was fun and the kitchen was stocked up with seasonings, tons of pots and pans for us to cook at home and the movie theater/game room was a great bonus, the kids had a great time! Everything was exactly like the pictures although I did think the pool was a bit smaller than I expected in the photos but it was still super fun and comfortably fit 7 people. I would definitely stay at Dan’s home again!

We had a fantastic stay, Reunion resort is an excellent location close to all the parks and very safe and spotlessly clean, the house was easy to find and straightforward to access. Michael had provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The balcony from the main bedroom was great to sit and enjoy a sunrise with an excellent coffee and our teenagers loved having their own house and games area in the pool house, which had a pool table, pin ball, space invaders and a karaoke machine, If we travel to Orlando again we will certainly re book the house and would whole heartedly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orlando.

This was a fabulous house. The themed rooms were so much fun. Each room was so carefully and wonderfully decorated. From the cloud room to the camp room to the avatar room. The game room was a blast with its bunk house and slide and movie projector screen. The pool and outdoor area was great to hang out. And the kitchen had everything you could need. We had such an amazing time. Plus our host, Tati, was so accommodating and great to work with. Definitley the best house to stay at.

This place truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The location couldn’t have been better! It was peaceful and tucked away from heavy traffic and tourist crowds, yet still just 4 minutes from Walmart, Publix, and Dollar General, which made shopping super convenient. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, and also enjoyed access to the community pool — my son couldn’t get enough of it! The neighborhood itself was quiet, not too large, and very well-maintained. It felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The decor was stunning — my mom couldn’t stop raving about the wallpaper and how well everything was styled. We had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be booking this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly spot in a great location.

This was my family’s second time staying at the home and it was yet again amazing! Our host is so helpful and friendly and the home is beautiful! We loved staying there for the second year in a row and we will definitely be going back again next year!

We loved our stay at JC’s villa! It was completely spotless and there was ample space for our family. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we were made to feel like we could get in contact no matter how small the question! The games room was perfect. The outdoor space at the pool was great too. Cannot fault it and cannot recommend this villa enough!

My family and I had a lovely couple of weeks staying at the villa. It was the cleanest and most up together villa we’ve stayed in. My son enjoyed the beautifully warm pool, games room and the Harry Potter bedroom. The development was quiet, secure and well kept. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the backyard. The sofa and beds were extremely comfortable especially after a long day at the parks. Josh was very helpful with a couple of questions before we arrived. We will happily recommend this villa to our family and friends.

Beautiful home. Think the cleaners are letting you down around the pool. Exterior table was full of stains and dirt. Interior of house was fine. We found top of seringe on the pool deck by exterior screen. House was well stocked. Frying pans need to be replaced. Food sticks to surfaces when using. Toaster is not working correctly and the ceiling fan in the room to the right of stairs needs to be fixed. Shakes violently on top two speeds. Home is spacious with a great pool area. Great having tv in every room. Neighborhood is nice and easy to find. Would rent again. Place needs a nice BBQ too

Lovely house, so clean and spacious. Close to everything and in peaceful neighborhood. Such lovely hosts, couldn't ask for better. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
