The cottages in the Village of Silence were hand-carved 30 years ago. In 2023, the cottages will be completely renovated. The cottage has its own toilet, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge. On the terrace of the cottage there is a wood-fired hot tub. The hot tub can be ordered separately. There is a main building in the area where you will find a restaurant with a full license, serving breakfast and dinner on request. The main building also has separate toilets and showers for women and men.

Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

The property has amenities of normal home (running water, sauna, etc.), a cozy fireplace that creates an atmosphere, and network connection that works at 200/200 speed. There is no light pollution, your own peace and quiet is guaranteed and in suitable weather conditions you can admire the auroras directly from the accommodation's yard. A quirky hidden gem, nestled in a tiny reindeer herding village in Lapland far away from tourist herds. Brimming with books, retro cabin vibes and cosy corners for reading and gazing out at the lake on both floors, this is the perfect place to retreat into or create a world of your own. Take a wander down the road to the local reindeer farm or village bar for kicks or inspiration. An open view to the north for general skygazing (and northern lights, if you're lucky) awaits out the backdoor.

This unique and peaceful holiday destination is easy to relax in. From the cabin's outdoor hot tub, you can look up at the sky and admire the northern lights! The property is perfect for two, but also suitable for four people. The cottage is equipped with a high-quality kitchen, one bedroom and a separate sauna building with a toilet and shower. The sauna's electric heater provides a good steam and beautiful views to Lake Inari. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are included in the price.

Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

A cozy, compact and ecological tiny home is located on the shore of a lake in an authentic and ordinary small village of Lapland. The tiny home also has everything you need for a wood-burning sauna, we'll help you with sauna heating, wifi. The big windows offer a beautiful view of the lake and the northern sky. This mobile mini-home is also great for a longer stay, so just the accommodation is an experience. Hot tub for an extra fee. Hot tub is not available in winter.
