A master bedroom links on to a compact lounge & ensuite bathroom, dining & kitchen area from either side all with full views of the water & lagoon. There is a seperate sleeping pod with a Queen size bed 2 metres from main dwelling for an extra 2 guests. Amazing second Hot outdoor shower under the trees.

We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. Also separate laundry/toilet/shower area. Private entry and completely private to our upstairs dwelling. We are also a very quiet household so keep that in mind

Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

With the property backing onto Kahurangi National Park, the house is surrounded by lawns and native bush including a small family of Peacocks. Beautiful Tata Beach, Golden Bay. Our little cottage is tucked close into Tata Beach, just a short stroll for your morning dip. Warm and sunny, this clean and easy care space is the perfect place to come to unwind, relax and allow nature to wrap its blanket around you. We have kept the space simple and uncluttered and love the simplicity of the cottage. With some recycled building products, no fussy modern ornaments, no chairs and tables this is a small and uncomplicated place to relax.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

The 'Flax Pod' cabin in Pohara, amazing sea views

Our unique Flax Pod cabin is a repurposed shipping container with epic views of Golden Bay. It suits a relaxed couple, has a comfy queen bed, sofa and kitchenette. Large bi-folding doors open onto a deck where you can totally relax, enjoy a cold beer, and soak up the sea views. Its in a great location and a great base to explore Golden Bay from. Enjoy getting back to the basics, dozing in a hammock, a unique outdoor hot tub, a friendly weka or two and a spectacular night sky.
