Bright, 100-square-meter apartment that has been recently renovated, located on the fourth floor of a period building without an elevator, located in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, a short walk from the old town. The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, shared kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available for guests, a 130-square-meter furnished patio with a masonry kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the rooftops of Naples, Vesuvius, and the Certosa di San Martino.

The Lighthouse House

In the heart of the city, a large and bright apartment with views of Vesuvius, the sea (on the Sorrento peninsula and Capri) and the lighthouse. A 5-minute walk from the metro Line 1 (University) or a 4-minute walk (Duomo) that leads to Garibaldi station (1 stop, 3 minutes); a few minutes from Calata Porta di Massa, ferry dock for the islands (Procida, Ischia and Capri); a stone's throw from the Federico II and Orientale Universities; close to the historic center; very close to restaurants, bars, and shops.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
