In winter the nearby mountains often have snow and you can go hiking or snowshoeing with stunning views on the whole Riviera and the entire Alpine region. In february the heather blossoms and all the spring flowers follow with the scents of the mediterranean bush. It's the ideal departure point for day trips to all the Riviera Ligure and to Genoa and its historical centre
