La Dolce Vista – ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort für alle, die Italien authentisch, entspannt und mit Komfort erleben wollen. Ideal für 2–4 Personen Ihr bewohnt ein ganzes, eigenständiges Haus - perfekt für Paare und kleine Familien, Freund:innen oder Remote Worker. Ihr erlebt die wunderbare Kombination eines typische ligurischen Dorfhauses - lichtdurchflutet, durchgängig Gewölbedecken - und Zeitgeist. Es gibt ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer (1,80 m Bett) sowie ein Studio (1,60m Bett). Alternativ kann auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt werden (1,60m). Leben auf der Terrasse Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight des Hauses – Frühstück mit großartigem Meerblick, Abendessen beim Sonnenuntergang, Faulenzen auf den Liegen. Schatten unter dem Sonnendach ist immer gewährleistet - Sonne satt, wenn ihr wollt. Das Leben im Sommer findet definitiv auf der Terrasse statt. Kochen wie in Italien Ihr findet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Töpfen und Pfannen, guten Messern, klassischer Mokka sowie einer Nespresso-Maschine, weißem Geschirr, Edelstahlbesteck und ausreichend Gläsern – es ist alles da für umfangreiche Frühstücke, kleine Snacks und genussvolle Abende zuhause. Immer stehen Wasser, Bier, eine paar Kaffeekapseln, Nudeln und Pesto fürs Ankommen bereit. Was verbraucht wird, ersetzt ihr einfach für die nächsten Gäste😊 Direkt neben der Küche liegt das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für vier und einem gemütlichen Sofa zum Relaxen, das notfalls als Göstebett genutzt werden kann (160 cm). Das Schlafzimmer hat ein neues 1,80er-Polsterbett, eine freie Kommode & Garderobe für eure Kleidung, freie Regalfächer für eure Utensilien sowie - ganz wichtig - eine Nespresso-Maschine für den ersten Kaffee im Bett 😊. Ein alter Kleiderschrank, das Spiel des Sonnenlichtes auf dem blanken Boden und das Zwitschern der Mauersegler geben dem Raum viel Atmosphäre. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für die nötige Schlaftemperatur. Direkt nebenan liegt komfortabel das große, helle Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch, geräumiger Dusche, Waschmaschine & viel Platz für alles, was ihr braucht. Das große Studio im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Ausgang zur Gasse bietet nicht nur das 1,60er-Bett und reichlich Platz für eure Kleidung, sondern auch einen wundervollen Arbeitsplatz mit Ausblick. Perfekt für Remote-Arbeit oder kreative Stunden (gutes Internet, auf Wunsch mit zwei Bildschirmen und externer Tastatur zum komfortableren Arbeiten mit deinem Notebook). Ideal: es gibt auch ein kleines Bad mit WC und Handwaschbecken. Das Studio ist durch einen kleinen Durchgang und Treppe ins Haus integriert, hat allerdings keine Tür zum Flur. Das ist insofern unproblematisch, da es eine Etage tiefer als die anderen Räume liegt und vom Flur aus wenig einsichtig ist - man muss sich schon sehr bemühen, um einen Blick in den Raum zu erhaschen. Hinweis für Familien & Gäste mit Mobilitäts-Einschränkungen: Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei und durch die offenen Treppen auf drei Etagen leider weder ideal für kleine Kinder noch Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Typisch Ligurien Das idyllische, grüne Dorf liegt auf einem Hügel nur 5 Autominuten vom Meer und der Pista entfernt – jenem neuen, tollen Fuß-/Radweg entlang des Meeres auf dem alten Bahngleis. In nur 10 Minuten ist man dann auch an den verschiedenen Stränden mit Beachbars, kleinen Restaurants, tollem Eis. Im Dorf selbst findest du eine charmante Kombination aus Bar, Restaurant und Alimentari – alles in einem. Hier bekommst du frische Brötchen, deinen Espresso am Morgen oder auch ein einfach ligurisches Abendessen. Poggi hat noch ein Dorfleben – man begegnet in den Gassen immer Italienern auf dem Weg nach irgendwo. Immer freundlich, oft auf einen Schwatz. Auto ist ideal, so manche Dorfbewohner:innen nutzen aber einfach auch den Bus. Imperia selbst lockt sowohl mit einer tollen Altstadt als auch mit wunderschönen Arkaden zum Flanieren und Shoppen, kleinen Geschäften, guten Weinläden und zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Beste: Imperia ist eine italienische Stadt geblieben. Strandvielfalt & Küstenflair Die Strände hier rund um Imperia sind seit Jahren als die saubersten Italiens bewertet, gerade auch wegen des klaren Wassers. In nur 10 Minuten erreichst du den familienfreundlichen Strand von San Lorenzo oder in die andere Richtung die Stadtstrände von Imperia – inklusive Jugendstilbad an der Mole, der beliebten Bar Moletto und einem traumhaften Blick auf Porto Maurizio mit der größten Basilika Liguriens. Besonders abends ein echtes Highlight! Wandern & Radfahren Für Aktivurlauber:innen ist Poggi ein Traum: Die berühmte Pista Cicabile, ein Panorama-Radweg auf einer stillgelegten Bahnstrecke, führt direkt entlang der Küste. Auch die Routen der Giro d’Italia und des legendären Mailand–Sanremo-Radrennens verlaufen hier durch die benachbarten Dörfer - für Radfahrer:innen also offensichtlich eine gute Gegend. This house is located in the quiet village of Torrazza in Imperia. It is a wonderful location to rest and relax but at the same time has a good location to move around and visit the area. In fact, in 10 minutes by car you can reach the sea and the city. In the house you have the peace of mind you need to recover from the stress of work. In fact, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the excellent country air while comfortably sitting on the terrace for lunch or enjoying an aperitif at sunset!

Casa Novaro has three apartments, is 5 km from the center of Imperia, and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Imperia and Diano Marina. The apartment is part of a villa. Casa Novaro is a few kilometers from the center and is located away from the noise with a beautiful view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

Villa Annetta is located just 500 meters from Poggi, a stone village, with a small shop, restaurant bar and its two churches. The house is surrounded by a fully fenced garden, with whirlpool and ozone therapy, outdoor shower, sun loungers, deckchairs and a comfortable dining table located under a veranda,a barbecue with a small garden of fresh spices, you can enjoy the wonderful sea view wrapped in flowers and olive trees.

Scirocco apartment is nestled in a large garden, in a very quiet setting, away from traffic noise and smog, surrounded by olive trees, pine trees, and oak trees. The unobstructed views extend from the sea to the mountains. The apartment's doors open directly onto the solarium and pool. Our guests have access to a spa featuring an outdoor hot tub overlooking the hills, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a shower, and a solarium.
